Refunds And Returns
We have a no-nonsense no-quibble returns policy.
You may exchange products for any reasons for up to 30 days after purchase as long as your products are unused and unopened.
If you have ordered something by mistake, or simply decide that you don't want it, you may return it to us at your expense for a replacement within 30 days. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of adult toys, creams, lubricants, massage oils or condoms if they have been open.

Defective Items
If the product is defective, please give a full description of the fault and return it in its original box will all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement wihin 30 days.

Refunds
The Eurpoean Comsumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. In practice, it will be much quicker - within seven days of us receiving your returned product.

To Return An Item
Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wash and wrap your item in a plastic bag, wrap the package secure and send it to us.
If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the item to us.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory right.
Please return items by an insured recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post.

We ALWAYS use only strong plain packaging so your goods will arrive without a clue as to what's inside. Whether it's a delivery to work, home or as a gift to someone else, please don't worry; it will definitely be totally discreet.

Discreet Credit Card Payments
If you are paying by credit card, then your statement will only show up as payment to "JC Promotions".

Shipping
We work with Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide and once your order has left our warehouse it should be with you within 3 days anywhere in the UK. If no one is available to collect your package a card is left which makes rescheduling simple and convenient.

Undelivered / Missing Goods
If after 7 days (UK) from the date your order was dispatched your good(s) are still undelivered please follow the following procedure: Firstly, contact your local Royal Mail sorting office. In 90% of cases an attempt has been made to deliver the good(s). If no one was present to sign for the delivery they will have been returned to the postal office where they are stored for a period of time. If after this period of time the good(s) have still not been collected they will be either destroyed by Royal Mail or returned to us at their discretion (returned post can take up to 5 weeks). If the good(s) are not at your local sorting office please contact us to inform that your good(s) have not arrived. Please also include reference to your order number and the date that the good(s) were ordered.

Privacy
blushbunny, as the relevant data controller, will process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”).

Personally identifiable data including Credit or Debit card information collected when a purchase is made on the System is used to identify customers revisiting the System and to complete the processing of purchases.

Personally identifiable information including email addresses and mobile phone numbers that may be collected in connection with purchases or by Customers registering on the system may be used for marketing purposes, including market research, and to contact Customers to provide details of forthcoming offers. If Customers would like to discontinue receipt of such information they should:-

You can order products displayed on this website on-line. If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. We do stringent checks against credit card fraud.
For security reasons we log your IP address. Any orders found to be fraudulent will be passed on to the relevant authorities and your ISP.
All goods sold through this site are sold as 'novelty goods'. blushbunny cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.
Please be aware that the pictures and packaging may change from that shown. All sizes are approximate.

Prices
Our prices are shown on our website. We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order. No money will have been charged to your card at this time.
There is an extra charge for delivery. The price is automatically updated on the Checkout page when you select your preferred choice of delivery. Some delivery options are limited to certain countries and weights.

Our Responsibility
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorized access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.

Huge Stocks
We hold huge stocks of most products and we try our best to get your order turned around within 5 days, most orders however are sent out the same day. Sometimes it may take a little longer particularly at busy periods like Christmas and Valentines Day. Very occasionally we have such high demand for a particular product, such as when an item is featured on TV or in the press that we simply run out very temporarily. Don't worry though; we pull out all the stops to get replenishments as soon as physically possible. As our lines come from a variety of manufacturers throughout the world it can take up to 10 days in worst case scenarios but if we foresee an issue beyond that sort of delay we will contact you by email immediately and give you the option to cancel, wait or re order a different item. Most people wait as the reason an item is so popular is usually because it is so good, but the choice will of course be yours! Some products shown on this website may vary slightly from the images displayed from time to time.

Orders we feel to be suspicious may be cancelled. Fraudulent orders are always reported to the Police. Should we receive a charge back from our merchant service provider after the goods have been delivered we will assume that we have been defrauded. All details entered on the order form together with your IP address will be forwarded to the Police.
